Public Consultation on OECD International Tax Proposals

We are delighted to have the opportunity to submit the views of our members on the
questions raised by the Department of Finance related to the OECD Tax Proposals. We have
engaged in a comprehensive consultation with our members reflecting the importance of the
juncture we are at in the development of the global tax landscape.

Detailed responses to the seven specific questions raised by the Department are contained in
this submission. However, we thought it might be helpful to summarise the thematic elements
of the views of our members at the outset.
