About the Senior Membership Executive Role
This is a permanent, full-time position on AmCham’s team and is a great opportunity to develop AmCham’s membership and the services they receive. Reporting to the Director of Special Projects, responsibilities will include:

- Develops best in class membership services including collateral
- Drives the Chamber’s member engagement programmes with great market research
- Maintains and enhances utilisation of the Chamber’s CRM database
- Provides membership and market analysis to the AmCham team and Board
- Drives the Chamber’s programme of membership expansion and retention
- Promotes key Chamber events and services
- Develops the Chamber’s advertising campaign and sponsorship programmes
- Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting member relationships

The Person
We are looking for someone who:

- Loves working with innovative teams
- Has high organisational skills and an ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
- Is self-motivated and is able to prioritise own workload
- Demonstrates strong personal and professional communication skills
- Shows a passion for member/customer service and development
- Is a great listener and can help people make connections
- Is a true team player
- Has a qualification to undergraduate degree level and at least five years’ relevant experience
- Is well versed in IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Displays strong attention to detail
- Likes and makes creative use of technology
- Is not afraid of change, risk or failure
- Shares the Chamber’s values
