With over 3,700 international operations representing 49 countries, Ohio is proving a popular location for foreign investors. According to JobsOhio, there are now over 100 Irish companies operating throughout the Buckeye State. AmCham Ireland is working with Enterprise Ireland and Ohio based organisations to grow and support new investment by Irish companies in this  developing market.

On Thursday and Friday (today) this week, the cities of Cleveland and Columbus hosted an Irish delegation including AmCham CEO Mark Redmond and Chairman of Enterprise Ireland, Terence O'Rourke.  Engagements focused on new opportunities and how best to support business growth. The Ohio programme marks the first launch of AmCham's State-specific guides for investing in the US. View the American Chamber's Invest in Ohio guide here

The guides offer practical advice and list resources available to Irish companies at State level. We wish to thank all of our hosts and partners in Ohio in particular: JobsOhio, Columbus 2020, Team NEO, Park Ohio, City of Dublin Ohio, City of Cleveland, Greater Cleveland Partnership and Global Cleveland Partnership.
