AmCham Briefing:The Future of Benefits Packages

Venue: Deloitte

Time: 08:00 - 10:00

We are delighted to invite you to attend a briefing on the Future of Benefits Packages at which Patrick Brennan of Irish Health Insurance will address the changes to Healthcare legislation and their impact on your business and Deloitte will present on the impact on strategic choices.

This briefing will focus on the likely impact of those changes as well as the broader picture for C&B packages.

The competition for talent is constant and companies are continually refining their compensation and benefits packages to stay attractive.  We believe recent changes to health insurance legislation are of key relevance to compensation and benefits managers.

Deloitte's Tax Team will present on the impact that those changes will have on compensation and benefits strategies and also discuss potential alternatives.  Speakers will include Daryl Hanberry, Director, Tax & Legal, and Lisa Buckley, Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Benefits, Deloitte.
