PepsiCo Ireland commenced manufacturing soft drink concentrates 35 years ago. The number of countries sourced by the Cork plant increased gradually.  It was realised that total dependence upon manufacturing did not hit the strategic sweet spot. Complementary added value business services across a range of functions were pursued with some success.
