                Ireland to host major European AmCham’s conference

                The American Chamber Ireland has won the right for Dublin to host the Spring Conference of the European Council of American Chambers of Commerce (ECCAC). The annual event will give Dublin the opportunity to showcase itself in front of Presidents, CEO's and directors of the AmChams for over 35 European countries.

                Speaking on the announcement Joanne Richardson said "This is an excellent opportunity for Ireland to showcase what we offer to multinationals. In addition, hosting this conference will enable Ireland to build on the strong relationships we have all over Europe, which helps us to support members interests here at home."

                The three day conference will take place in May 2011 and will culminate in a business lunch to enable members of AmCham Ireland to meet their European colleagues.
