We run over 80 top quality events attended by the senior representatives from 800 US companies in Ireland and our key stakeholders. These events are excellent networking opportunities and cover a range of subjects, focused on supporting our members to grow their businesses in Ireland.

Annual Dinner and US-Ireland Business Awards

The Annual Dinner is AmCham’s premier event, celebrating the amazing people behind the US-Ireland business relationship. During the event, the winners of the AmCham US-Ireland Business Awards will also be announced in front of a audience of 700 members and guests.

The 2023 AmCham Annual Dinner and US-Ireland Business Awards will take place on 19 May in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road. The US-Ireland Business Awards are proudly sponsored by BT Ireland and EY Ireland, with the Irish Times as official media partner.

Regional Conferences

AmCham is a proud advocate for regional development in Ireland. Every year we host our Southern Conference, Mid-West Conference and West-North-West Conference, bringing together business leaders and stakeholders from the various regions. Our regional conferences provide a platform to discuss issues specific to particular regions and provide a fantastic opportunity for members to network with other organisations in their locality.

Global Business Conference

AmCham’s annual Global Business Conference brings together industry experts and stakeholders from around the globe to discuss the key global trends affecting our member companies and the future of US FDI in Ireland. During the conference, our members will hear insights and analysis on on subjects including innovation, talent strategy, the climate challenge, immersive technology and expert predictions on the next phase of the transatlantic business relationship.

The 2023 Global Business Conference will take place in Croke Park on 29 March, and is kindly sponsored by Bank of America, with the Irish Times as media partners, and the US Chamber of Commerce as our US conference partner

Hackathon

The AmCham Emerging Leaders Development Programme provides emerging leaders with a unique opportunity to join a dynamic cross sector and cross functional leadership development programme which culminates with the AmCham Hackathon. At the 2-and-a-half-day Hackathon, a challenge will be shared with the participants focusing on ensuring Ireland is a great place to live and work. Each of the participants will work together within their teams to collaborate and innovate to create a practical solution that will overcome the set challenge.

Thanksgiving Day Lunch

AmCham’s annual Thanksgiving Day Lunch provides an opportunity for over 700 members and friends to come together and celebrate this important American holiday. During our Thanksgiving Day celebrations, we hear from our President and important stakeholders about the many benefits that US FDI brings to Ireland and we give thanks for their fantastic contributions to our society and economy. We also celebrate the important work being done by people and sectors outside of our membership that makes Ireland a wonderful place to live and work.

Independence Day Lunch

Every year, AmCham brings together over 700 guests and friends of the US business community in Ireland to attend our Independence Day Lunch. This event marks an important American holiday for our members and celebrates the strong business ties between our two countries.
